- 3:00 PM – Checking in and setting up tents and R.V.’s
- 4:00 PM – A Gas BBQ Grill will be available for your use
- 7:00 PM – Camp Fire with S’Mores/Free Popcorn
- 8:00 PM – Worship at the Camp Fire
- 9:00 PM – Black-Light Bible story
- 10:30 PM – Sound Curfew
- 11:00 PM – Gates closed and locked
Saturday, October 8, 2022
- 7:00 AM – Coffee & Hot Chocolate available
- 8:00 AM – Free Breakfast Available
- Hot breakfast sandwiches, fruit, cereal, milk, and juice.
- 8:30 AM – Free Time
- Noon – All tents to be taken down
- 2:00 PM – Clean-up
THINGS TO CONSIDER BRINGING:
- Tent or “dry-dock” RV
- Bring a Refillable Water Bottle (ice water will be available)
- Lawn chairs / Blankets
- Sunscreen / Insect Repellent
- Sleeping gear
- Overnight items
- Outdoor Recreation Items
- Games to share
- Guitar or other musical instruments
To respect our neighbors, and for safety, the 10:30 PM curfew is mandatory
You must be wearing a wristband at all times during the event. This will be provided to you at the registration table.
