Embrace Life Helps Team Upcoming Serving Opportunities

Hi Helps Team,

We’ve got 2 upcoming opportunities to serve:Embrace Life Office Work Day on Saturday, September 14th Room 301/302 from 10-Noon.

We need 12-15 people to assemble our Pregnancy Loss Gift Boxes and also prep dinner gift bags for the upcoming MPC Gala.  Men and women are invited to help us with these tasks, most can be done sitting down.

Thursday, September 19th is the Modesto Pregnancy Gala.  We need 5-7 people to help with tear down the evening of the Gala.

Dinner is at 6pm.  You can purchase a dinner ticket to sit at our Embrace Life Table and then stay from 8:30 – 9:30PM to help clean up (dinner tickets must be purchased by Sunday August 18th to sit with out team).

If you don’t wish to come for the dinner, you can arrive at 8:30pm at Big Valley and we will tear down the table settings, table décor & and table cloths. Please register at the link above.

We will need at least 2 people to stay until 9:30 -10pm to help load the items into Lindsey’s car that go back to Modesto Pregnancy Center.
