Is there a minimum age to serve at Vacation Bible School?
Servants must be entering 7th grade in the fall or older.
Servant Meetings
Informational Meeting May 19th @ 12:30pm in the Children’s Auditorium. Snacks will be available.
Essential Training Meeting July 7th @ 12:30pm in the Children’s Auditorium. Complimentary lunch ticket for the Barbeque in the Courtyard.
When will I know my placement?
Placements will be sent out by email by July 5th.
What is the time commitment for serving at VBS?
Daily Overview
- 8:00am Meet for prayer
- 8:30-8:50: Children Sign-in with Registration Team
- 9:00-9:25: Opening in Sanctuary
- 9:30-11:55: Activity Stations
- Bible, Games, Craft, Missions, and Snack.
- 11:55 groups will proceed to their sign-out area.
- 11:55-12:00: Sign-Out
- 12:00pm reset for next day. On Friday everyone stays to help clean up and tear down, preparing the campus for Sunday services.
